Teller operators at various organised retail outlets in Delhi and neighbourhood are billing the items twice "by mistake". Well, this "mistake" is repeated very often to be overlooked. I suppose this practice is adopted by the operators to take some stuff home at the expense of customers. A shocking incident was reported from inside a life insurance company where employees/agents are directed to get the forms filled by pencil before getting the signatures of the clients. Back in office the entries are changed to fill in schemes that gives the company most profit. We are well aware of the deceiving tactics adopted by various telecom operators. Is the Indian privatisation story is going on a wrong track?
